Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish
For the Sticky Sesame Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Arrange on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, simmer soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until thickened.
- Toss baked cauliflower in sauce, garnish with sesame seeds.
