Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds, for garnish

For the Sticky Sesame Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated fresh ginger


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dip cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Arrange on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, simmer soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until thickened.
  5. Toss baked cauliflower in sauce, garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower is dry before coating to achieve a crispy texture.
