Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
