Description

These no-bake peanut butter chocolate bars are an irresistible treat featuring a crunchy graham cracker base and a smooth, creamy peanut butter-chocolate topping. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you crave a decadent dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups creamy natural peanut butter (divided)

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to create an even layer.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the base and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Cut into 54 bars or your preferred size.
  7. Store in the fridge or freezer and serve chilled.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.

To reduce sweetness, use dark chocolate and decrease powdered sugar to 1 cup.

Warm your knife under hot water before slicing for clean cuts.
