Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies are a quick and indulgent treat made with a perfect combination of chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and oats. No oven required!


Ingredients

1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups quick-cooking oats

A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Let it boil for 1 minute without stirring once boiling.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat, then stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Mix in the oats until fully combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Let set for 30-45 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for faster setting.

Notes

  • Add mini chocolate chips on top before they set for extra chocolate goodness.
  • Sprinkle sea salt for a sweet-salty flavor combo.
  • Use chunky peanut butter for more texture.
