Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 oz egg noodles

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet used for cooking the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
