Ingredients

2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons shortening

Additional crushed Butterfinger candy bars for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed Butterfingers, peanut butter, graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. For the coating, melt chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in the chocolate mixture, ensuring full coverage.
  6. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet. Optionally, garnish with additional crushed Butterfingers.
